Perrin is someone we trust with our financial information. He is organized and exact with all the loan paperwork and swift in his delivery and explanation. We know that he has our best interests at heart. His decisions are sound and are backed up by almost 2 decades of experience in the mortgage industry.
His knowledge is very reassuring as we navigate through the often confusing terminology and endless paperwork that are inherent in completing loan applications. If we are unclear or not understanding our part in the process, Perrin is patient and clear. Perrin handled the loan process for the sale of another home and the purchase of our current residence. His speed and dedication in this incidence were paramount toward our ability to make important deadlines; all was done within a quick, two-week time frame. Without his skill and professionalism, we would not have been able to move in as quickly as we did.
