When I got my start in the mortgage industry in 1994, my primary focus was in stick-built government streamline loans. When this market showed signs of softening, I moved on to AllFund Mortgage. At AllFund, I was introduced to manufactured homes and saw a huge need in this market. This has been my specialty since 1995.
I recently ended my employment with Texas Capital Bank when the company opted out of the mortgage industry. I wanted to find a new company with a solid history of integrity and productivity. It was very important for my clients that I continue in my chosen specialty. With American Pacific Mortgage, I am able to offer the same, broad range of products to a broad range of manufactured homeowners.
From the beginning it has always been my philosophy that you should not pay a penalty because you own a manufactured home. Manufactured homeowners should receive the same interest rates as stick-built homeowners. The equity in your manufactured home is worth the same dollar for dollar as that of a stick-built home. When refinancing,, in many cases I can lend up to 95% of appraised value. Most purchases can be done with 3 to 5% down.
